Dear colleagues, collaborators and friends,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee and the Portuguese Spine Pathology Society (SPPCV), it is with great honor and enthusiasm that I invite you to the SILACO 2025 Congress, which will take place from May 15 to 17 at the stunning Alfândega do Porto Congress Center, Porto, Portugal.

Porto offers an inspiring environment where we will come together to exchange knowledge and foster innovation in spinal pathology and surgery.

The SILACO 2025 Congress is expected to bring together more than 500 participants from across the Ibero-Latin American region and beyond. We are preparing a diverse and comprehensive scientific program designed to address the latest advances and emerging trends in spinal treatment.

All that remains is for me to arrange a meeting with you and be able to welcome you in May to what has always been “my” city!
